My car looked brand new and you couldn't even tell it had been damaged at all. The paint was blended well and they even cleaned the floor mats in the car. Would definitely take my car back to him at any time. He was also a super nice guy and great to chat with. This is as GOOD as it GETS! Phil (Smitty) is amazing as are the people who work with him. We brought in a well-cared for, expertly maintained 91 GMC Pickup that had been the victim of a horrible driver who severely smashed in the front end. With low mileage and sturdy construction (they don't make em like they used to...) we didn't want to part with it. Many body shops wouldn't even consider working on it. Phil welcomed us to come on by for an honest and realistic estimate. He assessed it, checked for parts, and provided a very reasonable and fair price. We discussed timing for job completion, he was upfront and accurate in his expectation setting, and we agreed on his price and timing estimates.
