If you value your possessions and expect reliable service and accountability, I would caution against using Smooth Move Logistics for your moving and storage needs. Over the course of 2.5 years, my family entrusted them with our belongings, paying an exorbitant $800 per month for storage alone for items from a 3-bedroom house. This amounted to a staggering $24,000, not to mention the additional $8,000+ we spent on their moving services. For such a large investment, one would reasonably expect a level of care and responsibility that was sorely lacking. Upon receiving our items from their storage facility, we discovered a number of damaged and missing items. Our large screen TV was irreparably destroyed and most importantly, a priceless $1,600 piece of antique furniture—a cherished family heirloom—was missing altogether. In our phone and email exchanges, Mauricio claimed the missing item was not in their warehouse and effectively washed his hands of any responsibility. Mauricio's proposed resolution, a $250 check, did not come close to covering our losses. Despite expressing our dissatisfaction, and spending $30,000 over 2.5 years, we have not received further communication in over three months.

Smooth Move was the best moving company I have ever used. I have moved several times and this has been by far my best experience. They were prompt, organized and took care of all my belongings. The workers were professional and personable. Any question or concern I had was immediately met and taken care of. Moving can be a stressful process, but smooth moves made my moving experience very pleasant and easy.

I highly recommend this company for moving services. The gave me the best quote between 4 different moving companies I reached out to. The team showed up at the exact hour scheduled with all the necessary tools and manpower and they moved my 2 bedrooms apt in 3 hours only. Nothing got lost or damaged. I have nothing but the best opinion on their service and would use them again no seconds thoughts at all.

Smooth move’s service was wonderful. Chris was so quick, professional and helpful to schedule the move. I called a few companies and he was the best. He made the entire process so smooth, easy, and stress-free. He was so patient, very friendly, and has such a calmed demeanor. The movers also did an excellent job with the delivery, loading and unloading everything with so much care. All the furniture and other belongings were packed so well. They paid attention to every detail to ensure everything was correct. I felt that everyone at this company I interacted with cared about me. They exceeded my expectations. I am grateful to Smooth Move for such a wonderful service. Thank you very much

This company moved my office for me last week. They showed up early and ready to work. They called to make sure early worked for me. It was a lot of items to shift and keep track of. Enrique/George was very helpful. Even struggling to get a carpet into a tight space for me. I was ready to give up and donate it. He managed to get it in, and my home office looks great because of that carpet. Before the move the owner Chris came out and quoted 4 hours charge and removal of some large items I did not need. Four hours later I was moved and they charged me exactly that quote. That has not been my experience in the past in Miami Beach. I will use them again. I will refer them to my own clients. Moving is not my favorite thing. I thought it went smoothly as their name implies. Thanks guys!
