I wanted to express my gratitude and admiration to the service guys who took me from LGH to my house in Deep Cove after a knee replacement surgery and 4 days in hospital on Sunday September the 8th. Unfortunately I do not remember names of the gentlemen but I know one had no hair and the other was looking meditoranean (Omar Sharif type, mustashe and all). I must say I was more than impressed by professionalism of the two. On top of it they were lovely warm individuals. That’s what you need when you come out of hospital, battered, in pain and happy to go home. Thank you guys!!!

The online booking system is faulty. It misses about 25% of the booking requests I make, and I will be under the false assumption that it has been booked, until I doublecheck and see the booking missed from "today's transfer". Also, the online booking system does not allow modifications to the booking. Online system needs improvement asap! They are about 50% tardy. But staff are generally nice overall.

A road rager on staff. WB Lougheed at 285th, 16 May '24, 7:30 AM ish. Hospital Transfer Ambulance type vehicle vs. mini bus would not let me merge. Having traffic behind me, my lane ending, traffic busy but flowing, I merged anyway. Got the horn, and was aggressively tailgated for a few miles. Not very becoming of a professional driver representing a company in their line of work. Hoping there wasn't a poor sod in the back connected to IVs and things. Please review 'zipper merge' and courtesy with your staff.
