I have had a unit at this location for almost a year. I've never had any issues with my unit, payments, etc. I've used other storage units in the past (Public Storage). I've had to pay my rent a little late a few times and I've never had a problem. The staff and manager all have great customer service skills! Thank you! Michelle Wells Unit 2017

It would be 4 but i unfortunately lost track of time one night god forbid, an got yelled at an charged a whole 100 it was a complete accident. I've been there for allot of years i thought he'd let me slide one time but nope he was REALLY upset at me about it! Won't do that again that's for sure. I guess i got to see his mean side .... my apologies it was a complete accident.

I rented Snapbox after being misled by another storage facility that gave me a "locker" which required a ladder to access. Jason answered all my questions and assured us that we and our belongings are safe on the property. The previous facility was dim and some hallways weren't lit so coming here made me feel better. It's also easy to navigate compared to the other facility that felt like a scary maze. Great rates, climate controlled, secured units - I recommend Snapbox 👍🏽
