I feel lost because they announced closed down but I’m still waiting a box sent with them last August. They simply will no longer provide support as they claim they have closed activities in the USA. A shame because they will probably open another company under a different name and continue to be irresponsible towards customers. I lost money and materials sent with emotional residue. If someone has the same issue please let me know if you’re doing something and I’ll want to supporting too.

Sent a box to brazil 7 months ago and they did not deliver they dont answer the phone not RELIABLE company do not use them for any business bunch of (THIEVES) BANDO DE LADRAO!!

My mother chose this company couple years ago when she was leaving to Brazil she sent maybe 10 boxes put insurance where they told her that it would arrive safely at her house comes to find out. Supposedly they locked all the shipment When it arrived in Brazil and they told my mother that they insurance wouldn’t cover it because it had arrived in Brazil. It wasn’t lost. Then when they released one box to my mom, it was nothing that we had since I lost thousands of dollars with this company and when I called him to try to make it work, they told me here’s the number to the insurance go crazy meaning they do not care about You care about your belongings do not use this company I repeat, do not use it company. You will lose money as well. they tell you to put insurance and guarantees you that it will arrive safely at your home, but that is all a lie. Once I checked the insurance papers. It stated that it was only covered until they got to the port in Brazil they take advantage of people that don’t understand, or know how to read these things overall very very unhappy with someone need to sue them ASAP COME ON CITY HALL OF EVERETT. INVESTIGATE THEM

Apparently they closed down this store but now what happens to the boxes people sent special in the end of last year ?!?!? Are they still getting delivered to the final destination? It’s so sad how they completely neglected the costumers leaving them clueless of what’s happening!!
