Exceptional Service Every Time I have used Soft Touch Movers for all three of my moves over the past few years and they have consistently provided outstanding service. Their team, led by Ricardo, is simply the best in the business. On my most recent move, Ricardo and his crew packed up my entire house in record time. They were extremely efficient, packing everything securely while still moving at a fast pace. The communication from the team was excellent - they clearly explained what they would and would not pack, and made sure I was comfortable with their process. One of the things I appreciate most about Soft Touch is how well they label and organize the boxes. After unpacking, I was able to find everything I needed right away. The labels made it easy to know which room each box belonged in. Moving three flights of stairs to a top floor apartment is no easy task, but Ricardo and his team handled it with ease. They moved quickly and carefully, getting all of my belongings upstairs without any issues. Perhaps most impressively, Soft Touch Movers saved me money on this move. Their prices are very reasonable, especially considering the high level of service. After three moves with Soft Touch, I can say with full confidence that they are the best moving company in the Phoenix area. Ricardo and his team are professional, efficient, communicative, and affordable. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an exceptional moving experience.

Rick and Ernie moved my family's stuff to our new home today, and let me tell you, that was the best housewarming gift we could have ever given to ourselves. They were fast and efficient, and we were blown away by their service. Pricing was very affordable, and well worth the cost. My boyfriend and I had a moved scheduled for today at 6:30 am. We received an email at 10pm the night before from the manager Scott that says due to unforeseen circumstances we will be delayed until 8-9. A phone would have been preferred as we did not check our emails and arrived to our old place to move at 6am. Things happen and we understand that. However 10:30 rolls around and we have received no calls or updates. We attempted to call the business numerous times with no answer. We finally received an email stating that we should be hearing from the manager and that the moving team was half way through a job and we'd be the next time. Per our contract we were supposed to be the first move of the day and that was guaranteed, however we were just happy they'd be getting to us soon but did ask for a discount due to the inconvenience and lack of communication. 3:30 rolls around and no further updates given, no call from the manager or updates from the moving crew. We sent another email with our frustrations. At this point we didn't know if they were going to show up and we had to be out of our old apartment that day. Needless to say we were stressed and receiving no reassurance. Scott (Manager) finally emails us back and states they are unable to complete the move, no phone call or explanation. I have never been treated or seen a business owner act such a way. The lack of communication and kindness speaks volumes to his character and his business. Im appalled by his behavior and lack of professionalism. He left two people stranded with little to no options. I have used and recommend Soft touch in the past but never will again. I recommend Scott find a little kindness and better communication skills in the past because this is absolutely unacceptable behavior.

Just know that if you book a move with Soft Touch, they may never show up, never call to communicate, and never refund you. We were scheduled to move at 6:30-9:30 in the morning, and at 10 pm the night before, Scott, the owner, emailed me that they would be around at 10AM. Soft touch had my girlfriend and I waiting around my apartment from 7AM until 6PM without so much as a phone call, and when we emailed, we were met with the empty promise that someone would show up or call us. Scott finally emailed back to cancel our move rather than professionally handle the inconvenience, and we were left with 1 day to throw all our possessions in a pickup truck. Thankful that I had friends free and available to help out. Scott does not run a dependable or reliable company. They additionally had said they would refund us the money, however they did not and we had to dispute his charge via my credit card. Cannot recommend this unprofessional, dishonest, and unreliable business. If you do ever book with them, do not trust their window or estimated arrival, as it seems clear from my experience and other reviews that Scott expects you to be free all day at any time - and even then, they may never show up.
