These guys are amazing, super friendly, and wonderful to work with! I was moving into my new apartment when my original movers canceled an hour before, leaving me stranded with a 15 foot UHaul. I called Soft Touch for help, and Michael and Andrew jumped in on a 30 minute notice, absolutely saving the day. I am so thankful for their flexibility and willingness to help, I can’t recommend them enough!

Soft Touch is awesome! I used them to move my daughter across town into a new apartment and they were great. Eric could not have been nicer to deal with and he actually returns phone calls when he says he will :) His employees showed up on time and were very professional. I will definitely use them again.

We used this company for moving from Bloomington to Ohio. Ultimately we chose them cause their quote was significantly cheaper than other local companies. Eric come to our home to provide us the quote. He was very professional and nice. On moving day, four young gentlemen were sent to load everything up. All four were cery professiinal, respectful and sweet. They got straight to work, handling all of our items with ease and care. They had us loaded up and on the road within roughly an hour. Two of these young men drove to Ohio, unloaded and placed all our items exactly where we asked them to. My husband and I are more than happy with the service that was provided to us. Highly recommend!

This company made packing our home and moving 9 hours as easy as possible. Communication was on point regarding arrival times and the employees packing and loading/unloading the truck were efficient, respectful of our home, careful with our things and just good people. I can’t recommend these folks highly enough! I recently hired them for an interstate move, and they were great from the first contact to the final sign off. From answering my questions, to an on-site survey to help me estimate, to the quote and everything. Moving days went smoothly with a team of highly professional guys who answered every question and made sure everything got moved with care. Now that I’ve unpacked everything, I can see that everything got to my new destination in perfect condition. Their pricing is reasonable, and it’s so nice to have peace of mind during a process that can be so stressful. I recommend them without any reservations!
