Be very very careful with guys loading your belongings. We ordered 2 secure crates that were packed and shipped and reopened in CT from CA. One tote with collectible baseball cards was never coded in and conveniently went missing and another box that was coded in was lost/stolen. Our main concern was that if we shipped in large crates that were not reopened until they arrived at our house, how did they go missing? Our rep initially told us that was almost impossible but their driver confirmed a box was missing. We were worried about danage not theft or "missing" items from a secure locked crate. They were very good to work with for the estimate, coordination and delivery. BUT, watch their drivers like a hawk and make sure you watch them label And code each and every box. I would never use them again as staff just keeps trying to pass us off to claims and avoiding the missing items. Again, if you use them, assume nothing and watch their guys like a hawk and make sure everything gets loaded into the crate. Unfortunately. This was a collection my son-in-law started as a child as is not replaceable. I write this review with mixed feelings as I don't believe I have ever written a negative review especially on Google but this was such a personal violation.

I had no clue how I would move with 9 month old with no help of family or friends. But I was lucky I found s&m. Their price was reasonable, I had several phone calls asking how it is going on the moving day, and the Juan's mover team was fantastic and professional. Thanks a lot everyone!

Very efficient, progressional group of movers. They worked hard from 8am-5:30 to get the house packed up. Itemized every box. We definitely recommended this moving company.
