I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the delivery service of my order placed with Zara. The order was scheduled for delivery between Friday (June 28) and Monday (July 1st), but I have not received anything yet. According to the delivery tracking information, the package was marked as delivered since Friday (date). However, I have not received the package. I contacted Zara for assistance, but unfortunately, I did not receive the necessary help to resolve the issue. I then decided to contact the delivery company directly. I was informed that my package was mistakenly delivered to someone in Miami. The delivery company mentioned that they had retrieved the package and that the delivery would be made today (July 2nd) However, I still have not received the package. Today, after a long 25-minute wait on the phone, I was informed by the customer service representative that no one knows where my package is and that I need to wait for further information. This situation is unacceptable. I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by both Zara and the delivery company. I request an immediate resolution to the problem, either by delivering my package. I look forward to an urgent response with a satisfactory solution.

I ordered from Zara, and they say it has been delivered. I looked everywhere, and they never delivered. They said that was signed by “Lafd.” They are laughing at me. This is such a horrible company that Zara, with all the money they make, can pay for a better carrier service. VERY FRUSTRATING! I will never order from Zara again if they continue to use this company.

Zara uses this company. They have updated the system that they have attempted a delivery. THIS IS FALS. I sat home all day waiting on a package that had a specific delivery date, only for them to update the system to "attempted delivery," which did not happen. Placing the burden on the customer to try to prove the item was never received. tried to call the company and it seems like a cell number that goes to email. No answer. Nor a good company. Update to review... They have went in and changed the status to delivered and package is still not delivered. They are not open on the weekend but some how they were able to go in the system and lie about a delivery. This is crazy. I will report to BBB. This company is stealing packages and I have reported to the BBB. If any other Zara customer read this review. Please reach out, I am getting my attorney involved. Something is not right. I have contacted Zara again this morning. They are looking into this. I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY ITEMS!. AND THE DELIVERY STATUS KEEPS CHANGING. SCAM IS GOING ON!!!!

Curious what Sonic does with all these “said” deliveries from Zara? Are you keeping them to resell, giving them to friends and family? Because the consumer certainly is not receiving their orders from this company. I will never order from Zara again as long as they continue to use Sonic. Ordering online should not be this difficult. I suspect Zara is using them to cut cost, and it shows.

So from what I am seeing every other Zara customer is going through the same absurd frustration I have with my last 2 orders!!! My package was suppose to be delivered on said date and never arrived when I checked the status it was changed to “ delivery attempted” which is a complete LIE! The same scenario happened to another Zara order of mine with another 3rd party courier which resulted in me fighting with both Zara and the courier! My package was stolen and finally after 2 full weeks of going back and forth, all Zara offered was to reship whatever items may still have been in stock! (Wasn’t much)! I’m hoping I get my package tomorrow if not, I will submit a claim with my bank and will report sonic transportation to the BBB!!! Zara has to do better with their couriers! Scammers!!! Thieves!!!! Liars!!!!
