Everything was fantastic. The crew (Jules, Lee, Thomas and Anthony) worked fabulously together. They went over and above by making subtle suggestions about furniture placement at our new home. They worked diligently to remove a door at each end that interfered with the easy placement of a sofa. Additionally Jules remembered moving us a few years ago which reinforced our importance to the business. I hope I don't have to move again, but there is no doubt I would look to Sorensen for help.

Sorenson Moving and Storage is the best moving company! I’ve moved many times in my life but my recent move by Sorensen was by far the best and easiest. They were punctual, professional, very careful with my household, and always had a smile when talking to them. Thank you to Walter, Jules and Christopher for being the best movers!

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company after they have failed to compensate us for the damage to our furniture worth thousands of dollars. They send two laborers for a four-person job. The overworked movers get tired and start to make careless mistakes. It's disappointing that this locally owned franchise of Mayflower treats people in their community with such disregard. Sorensen Moving & Storage is not a good neighbor. They charge white glove prices for subpar service.

My recent move went exceedingly well. This is due to the expertise of Kathleen and Selana– both of whom were a pleasure to communicate with and were always patient, thorough, and courteous with their responses. The moving team of Edwardo, John Paul, and Eric were equally outstanding and, as with Kathleen and Selana, were exceptionally accommodating and professional. All personnel in which I interacted represent Sorensen Moving and Storage in an exceptional way.

Everything went beautifully.  5 stars!!  It was a long day 😁, but the team Adam, JP, and Ali did a fabulous job.  They never stopped working and never lost the positive attitude.  These guys went above and beyond, and I really appreciated the care they took with our possessions.
