Everyone was friendly, professional, and organized. They accommodated our schedule and made the transition of my father from independent to assisted living quick and easy. Everything we wanted to keep was moved professionally and carefully to our home. They took care of everything we did not want and professionally cleaned his apartment in preparation for the next renter, all in less than a day. Very personalized service. I’ve never had a move go so quickly or so easily. They genuinely care about their customers and it shows.

SB SOS concierge service is appropriately named and responded to our SOS! Our 90 year old, wheelchair bound mom needed to move from her 2 bedroom place to an “Assisted Living facility” for her safety in very short order, less than two weeks. SOS came highly recommended and we confirmed thru several independent references. The Company preformed beyond our expectations! The process moved quickly and smoothly. Everything was packed in one day, moved in one day and setup the same day. After confirming the new layout and identifying items to move or eliminate our job was done. I think two areas SOS really shines in setting up the new home are: first, personal interaction with the client is truly genuine and thorough. Second, moving all the furniture and then setting up the entire new home; pictures hung, personal belongings such as photos, vases, nick-nacks, clothes, bathroom belongings, and kitchen articles all put in their functional and proper place. SOS also, sold and disposed of unwanted items fast and efficiently. We highly recommend SOS for their professionalism, fully integrated process, attention to client details and a very caring staff! We came to love the SB SOS crew who provided our packing, moving and setting up of our new home. They were thoughtful and compassionate re: the stress that the experience of moving brings. When we walked into our new apartment, we could not get over how beautifully they had set up everything. My experience with SOS, Kelsey and her crew was exceptional. Being somewhat (sic) of a "control freak", Kelsey maneuvered me with kid gloves, made the daunting move happen without a hitch, and, I can say I am comfortably settled in my new "nest" with unruffled feathers and a sense of peace. My advice - don't try to downsize without the support of SOS! Without their help, I'd probably still be sorting and procrastinating. Thank you to the entire crew at SOS.
