Terrible the van left without me even though i was early and the guy didnt even seem to care i will never travel with this company again last time it took 15 hours for a 8 hour trip im done

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had a trip in December and it was a bad experience. It is difficult to travel agender. I spoke to the owner and was left confused and unresponsive many times to the point where I wasn't sure if I could take my ride. Plus they take a long time to take me. When I tried to schedule one again, the owner did not communicate well. For this reason, I will never take another trip with this company.
