I was looking to buy a connex & called here multiple times. Left messages, followed up on not receiving a call back, etc. It seems as though Sadie & Jasmine have better things to do than provide customer service. So with my last call moments ago & being told one wasn't in (she clearly needs a day off from her busy work schedule) and the other had stepped away from her desk I'm leaving a review. This place was recommended to me, I usually use Alaska Container Cache in Anchorage & thought because they were closer I'd give them a try. They seem useless & certainly a waste of time. I'm going back to Alaska Container Cache. I may pay more for transport, but they're reliable and all signs point to Sourdough express not being! Customer service is dead - NEWSFLASH to businesses - There are more qualities required in an employee than just being a warm body occupying space! Do with that what you will!

Very dangerous drivers. We had one of their trucks tailgate us on the way to Girdwood. The truck was like two feet behind us. One of the their trucks passed safely in the passing zone and this truck was unable to pass before the passing lane to ended so the truck dangerously tailgated us until the new passing zone and we were going the posted speed limit.

They were on time and did a good job with our move. We did have a small amount of accidental damage but they took care of it right away. I was impressed that they were honest and told me about the damage. The manager called me and worked it out very quickly. We had another need for movers a month later to move additional office equipment and I did not hesitate to call them. Everything went very smoothly. Great job Sourdough!

Came around the corner by Spenard builder supply, where it rises over the railroad tracks and as I crested the tracks and dropped around the other side I had to suddenly swerve hard to clear a sourdough semi hauling two trailers who was 3/4 in my lane! Tires squealed under the protest of my rapid direction change. I honked and that a-hole of a driver honked and flipped me off as if I was the one in his way. If this had been even a week ago when the roads were icy I would have completely lost control. So keep your eyes out for the sourdough trucks, they act in a way that says they care more about their loads than surrounding drivers safety. And I certainly won’t be using their hauling services for any of my businesses as I don’t want some family’s death on my conscience.

Sourdough Express helped us move from Fairbanks to Palm Desert. We were happy from start to finish. Our moving consultant Karen estimated, coordinated and keep us updated of all progress. The crew in Fairbanks was on time, friendly and efficient. They wrapped and packed everything we wanted to take. Our furniture arrived in CA as scheduled and the crew there was great as well. They delivered, unpacked and removed the packing materials. I would highly recommend Sourdough if you are thinking about moving.
