South Bay movers made our move easy and basically stress free. Maribeth was my main point of contact, she was a big part of making our move seamless. From start to finish she was amazing! Fantastic experience! The crew (Edwin and Ivan) were phenomenal! They were quick, efficient, friendly, and very professional. They put me at ease when I was stressed and anxious over my move. They made it look so easy! Everyone else I interacted with from beginning of booking the move to the end was amazing. Very informative and friendly, and they helped make this experience very easy and manageable. I'm very grateful to have found this company and to have used their services.

UPDATE: Some more boxes that were unpacked, take a look. I want to start off by saying the movers we had were very unprofessional, from playing music that’s completely inappropriate for a woman alone in her home to one of the employees giving me a hard time about my valuables when no one explained this in the first place. We’re on day 2 of unpacking our stuff and there’s another box that we have to throw out and claim. One of the boxes had our Keurig in it and they didn’t even bother to take out the water resulting in a whole box of kitchen appliances needing to be thrown out. Now we have another box that has our fruit holder and water jug in the litter box. Absolutely disgusting. We will be filing a complaint to our military mover section to consider choosing another company. We still have many boxes to go so who knows what else there is.

I want to give a shoutout To Southbay Moving Systems Inc. & their 2 employees Miguel & Fernando. They did an outstanding job moving our household goods. They very professional and courteous. Very thorough & cleaned everything up when finished. They took pride in their work and completed packing & moving everything safely & efficiently. There were no problems or damage to our precious cargo. They always asked if they could do anything more for us or if we needed any help with anything.
