The company that I had booked previously called me 2 days before the wedding to cancel my reservation and South Florida Transportation was the ONLY company that had availability, and to my surprise, they had the classic white Rolls Royce I wanted. I couldn’t believe it. The entire booking was easy, they were not the cheapest but they worked with me and the whole process was smooth. The driver arrived on time, the terms were expressed clearly, payment process was simple, the car was stunning and I was very happy that I found them.

Nightmare experience on the day of my sons wedding. We had the most upsetting experience using this company. I had my sons wedding date confirmed with them and had given them a $300 deposit 2 months prior and the remainder was to be paid the day of but driver never showed up. Ruined the entire schedule as we were not able to take our photoshoot because of this. When we called asking where our 30 passenger party bus was, he told us that he had not realized that we were scheduled for today. To which he said he can send someone out tomorrow Instead. We had told him the wedding is today so we need the bus today to which he Instead sent out a dilapidated rusted out 5 passenger limousine. When the driver arrived and we had told him we were paying for a party bus not a limousine all he did was hold out his hand and said I don't move this car until I get paid. We paid the driver another $300 to get the bride and groom to the venue and had to order ubers for the rest of the wedding party just to get there. Both the bride and groom were repulsed by the state of the interior of the limousine as it was filthy and stained with ceiling lights hanging out and no AC. Most unprofessional limousine service possible.

My experience was beyond what I thought it would be, the party bus was a lot better than any other companies I've used and the driver was extremely friendly and helpful!!!!
