A long post: BEWARE-new name Southeast Elite Movers. My first initial contact was good. Tony is professional and informative. I bought a Groupon for services THREE men for 2hours. Set up a 2pm appointment and Tony stated they have a 2hour window for arrival 2-4pm. Ok. At 337 I called to confirm no answer but Tony did return call at 353 stated they were running behind and he had not been able to talk with crew he would call me back. Now my husband and I are annoyed. But ok.. Tony calls back around 440 and states they are 15to 30 minutes away from arrival. The TWO men arrived at 545 and the driver hand me the invoice that say 6pm. He stated they have to put “hourly times” He tells me the other guy was to meet them. 650pm no 3rd man and they have about 15 minutes more to load. We arrive at new destination at 720 pm and he hands me a new invoice that should read 8pm amount due $142.60 but it states 9pm and an additional $128. . I said no I paid for 2 hours and 3 men you were LATE by 2hours and TWO men so unload and we can see the time because you said unloading will be quicker than loading you should be done by 810 Right? He says no ma’am I have to put 9 pm and call it in and we can’t unload until you pay. what???!!! I said go ahead and call.He did then he stated “she will call you” and sat in truck. It is now 730pm. We waited ANOTHER 10minutes and I say to him SHE has not called me… he says what and calls her again then a female finally call my phone , I explained the services I paid for and she asked me to hold. Came back and said I had to pay $120 or they will not unload and Yes I brought a third party coupon I already received a discount but they only had two men so I was still to pay.I said to her IF I was provide 3 men as requested they would be finished and now you all took this time stall and these TWO tired men could have been done. I told her they best be finished by 9 pm not 902..912… because it will be on them. I paid the extra $120. Guess what they started at 820 pm and finished unloading at 905pm What a messy business !!! But…. They damaged my table top, must have dropped and didn’t say a word. You’re LATE and don’t provide the help for service as requested and don’t respond to the text about damage. BAD business and service. Beware. I have contacted Groupon.
