The only thing they really have going for themselves are their customer service representatives. All of them were pleasant and professional. I've scheduled several rides for my mom. Twice no one has come. I've asked time and again to receive medical transporting van for my mother,as the vehicle is more accommodating. They send Lyft and Uber cars and some of them are so small, we have to struggle to get in,and her adaptive equipment can't get in without being dismantled. My mother is disabled and I feel like why do they want to know all the information they ask for if they're not going to do anything with it. Why don't they make sure it's a ride appropriate for the passenger. Not to mention some of these drivers not using proper hygiene out here. I would not recommend service.
