HORRIBLE!!! words can’t even describe how horrible this company is!! They broke items and then taped the items back together, they threw kitchen ware with clothes, I could go on and on. The worse part of it all, they came with a truck to small for my HHGs and I watched them trying to kick the last item in (my mattress) when it didn’t fit they strapped it to the back of the truck mind you this move was across the entire country!!

I would give zero stars if I could. We are a military family and have moved 6 times in the last 10 years. I've never seen anything like this. No furniture reassembled because so many parts are missing. Boxes just dumped out instead of unpacked. Movers left because they wanted to go to the gym after we told them the job was not complete. I don't have enough they time to make a claim for all of the lost and damaged items, including a lost firearm. Our personal belongings are in complete disarray. A huge scratch into our wall within the first 10 minutes because the movers were not paying attention. They left our home in a state that is completely unacceptable. Do not hire this company.

My service was signed contract with Socal Moving, but it was actually moved by National Van Lane - and I was not so impressed by the moving service. 1. They provided a 10 day window of delivery at the first hand - it makes planning difficult within such a wide range. 2. They was late for 3 days even after the last day of the delivery window - and the worst is that SoCal's custum service have to call National Van Lane for updates, and from National Van Lane's custom service, they seems so not care about being late, and I guess that's because they are late OFTEN! 3. The custom service is really not friendly - when they told me my delivery will be late in just a few days of the window, National Van Lane didn't say sorry at all. It seems being late is not their fault. 4. They lost a small bag of my cabinet pins, not big deal but really difficult to find the matches. And the pin will worth

They didn't pack things very well. I even asked them if they could pack things differently because it didn't look like it would be secure, but they just kept saying, "We know what we are doing." For example, they packed my 65" TV in the same box as my 55" TV, separated by my couch pillows, some stuffed animals, and a rug. I asked them to put them in separate boxes, but they didn't bring another TV box (even though I told them how many TVs I had before they came). When I unpacked my items at my new home, a lot of things were broken. They were nice I guess, but came unprepared. They asked to step on my furniture because they didn't bring a ladder. They also had to use my tools to take down picture frames. I asked them before if I needed to take all things down from the walls, and they said no, they would do it, but they came without tools/ladder. They were nice guys, which is why I feel bad writing this review, but they were unprofessional and didn't do a good job.

Do not hire this company!!! The movers STEAL!!!! We are a military family and had this company move our belongings during our PCS move. Well we moved in and later to find out once we started unpacking and noticed multiple belongings missing. Including bags, clothes, shoes, some of our grilling appliances and home decor. Not only that our movers at both move in and move out destinations were yelling and bickering at eachother the whole time and we had our kids there listening. Unprofessional, unreliable and thiefs!!! I wish I could give zero stars.
