Guaranteed Movers did a par excellence job in the moving of our 16,000 pounds of household goods. I use this term because we had been blessed with the opportunity to work for the military which took us abroad. This involved the contracted services of moving companies. Okinawans are the best movers in the world, and Guaranteed movers is right next to them on the state side. They were careful in every detail concerning valuable pieces of furniture that we have and as we supervised their work they were extremely careful moving us from our old home to our present residence all the while keeping in mind how to best protect our floors and walls while moving boxes, and furniture. Asking where things went. Chris is the owner and takes good care of his crew. I’m also a practicing Catholic and although there are all kinds of faiths, the crew joined us in a prayer from beginning to end to have the Holy Spirit’s presence to help keep the calmness and serenity that all would be good; it was indeed and I thank God for allowing Chris and his crew be a part of this most important mission. He helped in this move personally and I can tell you that his actions as owner and manager of the move made it I would say above the Okinawan experience that was exceptional. Jay and Hunter were very courteous, helpful and personable. We had a couple of little hiccups, but they handled it all. Chris, the owner/manager was great to work with as well. They were flexible where it counts, and real humans! Definitely would recommend.

GM was very prompt and on time. We went over the process and they started right away. Even though it was small move, everything was handled carefully and protected. At delivery the process was the same. Great job!! I would not hesitate to use them again!!

My 2 movers Jay and Tre did an excellent job with my move. Jay did an amazing job putting my stuff into storage. He was very meticulous about how he wanted it. Tre was very methodical in getting me moved into my place. I highly recommend this company as everyone was professional and on time for my move. The price quoted was fair and reasonable as well!
