i want to give them Zero star, these are most un-professional people someone can only come across, (Gregory Macdonald & Gustavo Rodriguez Barrera) We book a load with them and I have my driver start heading to their pickup right away as soon as I got rate confirmation, i ask them for the pickup number but they said we will advise once your driver will be onsite, After one hours of drive they told us that customer change the pickup apts, originally 9pm pickup and 2pm delivery next day is changed to morning pickup and 8pm delivery, I ask them for layover since we book it for today's pickup but the broker refused, I ask them TONU but they clearly refused, these people are joke in this Industry.

These guys in Greensboro are liars, cheaters, and extremely unprofessional. You have an Operations Manager that can barely input correct appointments for 6 shipments. You also have a National Sales Manager, who is so lazy and the reason they lack quality freight. I would be surprised if this branch in Greensboro succeeds in the long run. Future employees should be aware, and I feel sorry for their customers.

Booked a load with them then had to wait until next day to load. Next day comes and they do not answer the phone or email me back. Very shady people. Do not use them!!!!
