I just arrived from an international flight and my friend who lives in Miami picked me up and took me to dinner before my connecting flight. When we come out of the restaurant, the car is gone! All of my suitcases and everything in the car. There was no tow-away sign in front of the parking space or anywhere near us. The lot was full of overflow parking from Flannigan’s restaurant. The stores in the plaza were all closed when we parked. This is the biggest scam I’ve ever seen. Another girl who was also at Flannigans discovered her car was towed at the same time as we found out. She rode with us in the Uber to get to the tow place and we passed the tow truck towing her car on the highway. Her wallet and drivers license was in her car. We arrived at the location to get our cars and pay and the woman at the window wouldn’t even show her face. We could barely see where to even go because the place to stand was so tiny and the window shade was completely pulled. The woman wouldn’t allow the other girl to get her wallet or drivers license out of the car to even pay. They were pushing her car into the garage past this girl as she was asking to be able to get out her wallet to pay and they wouldn’t let her. I’ve never seen a more unprofessional scamming situation. It’s a good thing my flight doesn’t leave for several hours. I’m extremely angry and this makes me dislike Miami even more than the last time I came here. What horrible people.

This towing company is a scam!, they work together with residentials complex to get people cars towed, I had myself a bad experience with my car at Vesada Doral Apartments, these people are doing criminal activity and pretending to service the people.

This place is a SCAM!! Had to go 3 times so I could get my car back since they kept asking for more, each time I came back they told me something different and when I asked for an explanation they said that they weren’t allowed give me one. I’ve never seen a towing company be so vile, I really hope they run out of business since all they want to do is get more money out of your pocket, their customer service is so bad and they make getting your car back a living nightmare. Also check your car once you get it back since they like to go through it and take things like if it was their own. NO RESPECT AT ALL.

Very disgusting and unprofessional people, towed our car illegally, assaulted my husband in the process of us trying to recover our car, over charged us on our card, told us 150 over the phone then proceeded to charge us 478 dollars and our car was only there for 16 hours. These people are SCAMMERS !!!!! And on top of that once we received our car, they cut the power steering line, and damaged the whole strut of the car. PLEASE BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS!!!!

This towing company is a scam! They stole a bunch of items from my car and refused to give me a receipt after I called the cops. They also made me pay in cash only, while having a sign that says they take credit card. These people are professional thief, and I been around towing companies before, I work in insurance. These people need to lose their towing contracts immediately, any roadside assistance company using them, remember you're liable and responsible if they attack or steal from a vehicle you sent them to tow. JUST LOOK AT THE COMMENTS! BEWARE these people are doing criminal activity and pretending to service the people.
