I currently work here as a company driver. Going on 24 years now. I think its a great company for me. Great hometime(get home every week), good pay, plenty of miles with little to no layover. No forced dispatch, although if you don't like to run, you'll be put in older equipment. The trks are well maintained, with good trailers. Only drawback is with with trk dealership maintenance. If your trk is under warranty, it goes to dealership and sometimes it can take a little bit to come back. Paid weekly by direct deposit. Depending when paperwork is turned in, you'll be paid 5 days later. Either on a Tuesday or Friday. You must live in the El Paso area and have at least 2 years verifiable driving experience. Mostly company drivers with a few O/O.

Been there 15+ Years...Owner & Operations Manager, Safety Manager have always had my back. Great pay...Great miles..home often. Great place to work.

Ok I work here as a company driver ....I've been here for just over a year this passed August 2023.....over all its a nice company but let's brake down the interior that messes up the company....ok... 1. Honesty is not their best policy... they well lie to you.. they will fabricate story's ..seen this first hand... 2nd. Very hard to get a hold of someone when u need to speak to someone on the phone especially at night...or any of the other departments 3rd. Their payroll is trash...its kinda hard to know when ur gonna get paid cuz of the way it works....there is no set cut off date or pay date....let's say u come in on Monday turn in ur trip sheet...Processed on Tuesday paid on Friday sounds simple right...but u come in on Thursday ur paid the following Tuesday...u come in on Friday u may get paid the follow Tuesday or Friday...now let me explain how trips work....once u leave el paso, tx and u go to Louisville empty out maybe deadhead to indy to load going to Dallas area unload then reloading in Corsicana,TX to el paso ...once u get back to el paso u turn in ur trip sheet to be paid....there's no transfloing ur paperwork on the road its all done once u return to the yard in el paso.... 4th....home time ...its not bad nor good if u r a person that wants to be home a lot come here ur gone no more then a week out....and they will leave u home for up to a week unless u tell them u want to leave after ur 34 is up that's what I do......I like to run not set.....u really don't set here but sometimes it does happen do to customers....but u well put in from 2600 to 3300 mile on average most miles I've gotten is just south of 5000 miles .... 5th...shop...ok now they have a safety lane u go through every time u come in....now these guy check the basics on the truck and trlr....but u can write anything up that u find while on the road....regular shop side don't seem to be the brightest on fixing stuff basically part changers till problem no longer exists 🤷‍♂️...some times it's better to fix it ur self if u have the knowledge and no how...thats what I do.... 6th...Safety department....not a welcomed buch of ladies they seem to act like u r wasting their time coming to them....really not welling to help but will ...well at least try to any way.... 7th...recruiting....hard to get a hold of ...enough side... 8th....speed ...most there trucks run between 73 and 75...so that's the plus side of it...🤣....they do have a few automatic trucks for all u lazy non drivers...🤷‍♂️ 9th...pay I believe starts out at .50cents......ur allowed $40 a day advance... 10th ..dispatch ...will lie to u sometimes on loads and will hold information that u needed ...day time they will answer the phone....but they rely on the computer system to much..... 11th....over all not a bad company in general if u know how to work it ...yea ur not gonna get rich here...but if ur good at managing ur money you'll do fine... Like I side I've been here just north of a year... so with all that I side .....im still here .....I have 20+ years driving..I used to stay out 1 to 2 months before coming here I was an owner op before gave it up....to me this is different was hard to wrap my head around but I figured out the workings of the company... Only thing I wish they would fix is the pay part....but it is what it is ..till they see the bad in it..... So if u want to be home and make around 1000 to 1400 a given week not a true week a given week remember u have to return to el paso for ur trip to be processed to pay out.....so the longer ur out the longer it is to get a check.... Hope this all helps in ur decision to come or go.... Oh and no u cannot take the trucks home.... Stay safe.... Update .. I no longer work here...as of the new year of 2024

Called to speak to a recruiter and was hanged up on by current dispatch. Can't imagine what it be like if that's how they treat potential owner op drivers.

used to work here ten years ago, back then it was very hard to get in. now it seems the opposite, and i know why. owner gustavo is a great boss. but the safety staff he has working there is HORRIBLE to deal with, there rude unprofesional and lazy to work or help u out in any way. too bad owner doesnt get involve and fire this staff. his never there anyway i guess when ur banking u could careless as long as money still comes in. so sad, will never work there again.
