They take a whole business MONTH only to PREPARE your boxes for shipping. Possibly the worst customer service I've ever come across.

I’ve never had an issue with storing boxes before. I used Dorm Room Movers before but decided to try out Spaceship this time. However, this time I had a terrible experience and felt like they weren’t being helpful at all. I put 9 boxes in storage and received 9 back but 1 wasn’t my things. It had my shipping label but the belongings weren’t mine and were this kids from Daytona Beach. How does that happen? Couldn’t tell you. I went on an absolute witch hunt trying to find out where my missing box could be. I paid $350 to ship my boxes to me and you think they’d be better organized and on top of things if I’m spending that much to ship my boxes to me. They didn’t even offer me a refund for anything whatsoever. When u put your things in storage you expect to receive everything back simple. Once they finally located my package, they didn’t tell me where it was missing at. If at the storage unit still or if it got misplaced with the kids box that I had or it it was someplace else. They just left me wondering. They didn’t even have the audacity to tell me when the box would be delivered or an estimated time frame which UPS usually has. I’m not home all the time and want to be home to receive the box to make sure I get it. Overall, stressful, un organized, and extremely frustrating situation. I will not be using them again.

Will never use this storage facility again. All of my boxes returned to me torn to shreds. Most of my dishes were broken, and a few things were missing from the boxes due to them being destroyed. Highly do NOT reccommend.
