From the quote through to delivery this experience was superb. Kevin efficiently assessed our needs, responded immediately to questions, and quickly provided a quote for services. Our driver Delono was a top notch professional. Both his loading and his unloading crews worked quickly and carefully to get our belongings into the truck and then into our new home. He and his crew were pleasant and knowledgeable. Delono kept us fully informed during his trans-continental drive and exceeded our expectations. It was a great pleasure to work with the Colonial/North American team.

The packers took my German bed farther apart than needed have no idea where these parts are. My German Schrank has door missing. My nice Telefunken stereo unit was on it's side in the truck and is broken. There are 20 numbers no accounted for. They stole the battery from my Greenworks lawn mower. They damaged 3 Dressers. I haven't found all the glass and wooden shelves. We have everything stored so we did not open any boxes. If I can not find the doors and bed parts or fix the stereo they will have a claim for more than I paid to have everything shipped. I have pictures of how things were before they touched them.

Where's the ZERO star button? I have a contract through North American Van Lines and this company is the contracted agency to receive my belongings from Florida and deliver to my home in Sparks. They, apparently have no regard for contracts. I was to receive my things today at the latest. They are telling me a month from now they can deliver!!!! We are sleeping on the floor, my 3 month old grandson is sleeping on the FLOOR! He has outgrown the clothes we were able to pack in our suitcases for our flight across the country. The lady who called to drop this bomb on me was so rude and unprofessional that it's ridiculous. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE IF YOU WANT YOUR BELONGINGS!!!

Move from Lake Tahoe to South Carolina September 2018. Excellent service and great pricing. Everything was on time from the packers arriving/finishing on Day 1. Moving Van Loading Day 2. Bill, the Truck Driver left Afternoon of Day 2. We flew out to S Carolina early morning of Day 4. Bill kept communicating with us on his progress as he crossed USA. He arrived Day 7 (Sunday afternoon) and unloaded Morning of Day 8 (Labor Day). Above and Beyond Service all the way from initial contact w/North American Van Line to Delivery and follow-up. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend to anyone. Bill the driver (and defacto manager/coordinator from pickup to delivery, and enroute, was outstanding!! Thanks North American Van Line.

Kevin and his crew were exceptional! Kevin was very quick to respond to all of our needs and was very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, patient and made us feel comfortable while setting up a 500 mile move on a short notice. We would HIGHLY recommend them!!! Kudos to their entire staff!
