Where do I start.... I was told a down payment of 75 dollars and then my card was charged 90 bucks. No precall to say they were on the way. I had a window of 9 -10am and had to call them after 10pm to find out whats going on. Truck broke and was being serviced with a new alternator and there would be a delay!!! NO one called me to inform us if this issue just left us in the dark waiting... They started the job at 145pm and ended at 645 pm. My wife was informed our 50 inch plasma was not strapped down in the truck so it broke the glass and the plasma screen. Then they still charged my amex 5 minutes after the job was done for services rendered. I had to call about the damage and get a claim form to fill out for approval of damage coverage. I will surely be disputing their service charge and removing it from my amex until my property is fixed. Now I have to go without a television until this issue is resolved. I should have read these reviews 1st. Would not recommend this company to move anyone ever!! Job #D2706115

Good friendly people, a very good move and I have moved 7 times in the military and this one was about the best. Good driver and helper and they packed the heavy items much better than I would have. They were there a couple of days earlier than forecast and it gave weekend back to me (they wanted to move on a Sunday). My stuff made it and had no damage. Wanted to take the movers to dinner but they needed to move on to the next customer. The only negative was I had to talk to many different people during the planning of the move but the good was I had the same driver and helper.

I've given them 2 stars so far... 1 for scheduling my move for the day I needed and 1 because of their contributions to the veteran community. Every man on my father's side has served in some capacity either in the marines, navy or army and it's one of the main reasons I selected this company. I'm a single mom on a tight budget, but there was no way I was going to be able to move by myself so I had to hire movers, however..... I called Tuesday to make the arrangements. I was told I'd receive a confirmation email the next day. When I didn't receive it, I called back on Thursday. They missed my call, but called right back and she confirmed my booking over the phone again but said their email system was down Wednesday and that she'd be getting my itinerary and deposit instructions emailed to me that day. Friday comes and I still hadn't received an email. I called the two numbers listed for them and left messages on both. I even contacted the dispatch manager line during business hours and left a message, and no one has returned my call or emailed me. They're supposed to be here tomorrow morning (Saturday) between 9-10 but I haven't been able to pay a deposit and they haven't contacted me back. I'm very concerned now because I have to be out of my home by tomorrow and hiring new movers the day of is unlikely to occur and expensive so I don't know what to do... I've read similar reviews regarding no show situations and it's honestly alarming how similar they are to mine. I'll be happy to give them 5 stars and update this post should they show up, so as not to discourage people from utilizing their services. **FOLLOW UP** They did show up, on time. But the rate I was quoted was over double. I was told it would be around 300 (I only moved 8 miles from my old apartment) the move cost 684. Pre pay if you can. Still don't recommend. Communication is everything when you're providing a service.

I needed to move things fast and Leslie was great about getting me scheduled in. Fabian and Hugo were my movers and I can't say enough nice things about them. They were so careful not to damage my walls or furniture, made sure I liked where I'd asked to have the furniture put and reconnected the lights. They really went all out to make sure I was happy and I appreciated the relaxed and confident manner they had. I will be recommending them to friends.

If you are considering using the services of this company - DO NOT! Do not put yourself through the frustration. We hired this company to do a two part move. Moving a few pieces to an apartment and the remaining pieces to storage. We were given an estimate that would include two separate trucks w/ 3 movers in each. Our understanding was that one truck would move the apartment pieces and the other would move the storage pieces. My husband and I even took the time to label and separate apartment and storage pieces for easy identification. Logical, right? Well for some reason they decided to load everything on both trucks mixing the pieces and taking things to storage that was not suppose to go and bringing things to the apartment that should have gone to the storage. It also caused us to go over the estimated time by several hours. After the final load was brought to the apartment and we informed them that they did not hook the washer/dryer up and brought 4 area rugs that were suppose to go to storage, we were told they would not be taking the rugs to storage (leaving two of them in the middle of the living room floor of a tiny two bedroom apartment) and they would not be hooking the washer/dryer up bc they were not going to remove the base of the machines to do so. I've placed calls to the person that set the move up as well as the owner of the company. There was so much more that went wrong with this move (broken furniture, cabinets removed and still on the truck, etc.) but I'll spare you the rest of the details. Just know that this company failed miserably with a simple two part move.
