Nothing bad to say about those who work here. All people we spoke to were nice and respectful and even asked my husband to help another driver get into the dock. So about the dock. They use ONE, just one. Door 7. Second from the end and it’s not fun to get into. If they would clean up the pallets and trash at the end it wouldn’t be so bad. Also, plan on being here awhile once on the dock. They hand unload. Hence why they only use one dock, it’s the one with the conveyor belt.

3 stars because they unloaded me quickly, but someone told me to go ahead and come in on Friday after to get unloaded when they don't actually work on Fridays, so I had to wait until Sunday morning. I can see how backing here could be tricky for some, so I'll try to help. They'll probably put you in door 7. When you enter the gate, come in as far left and close to the docks as you can get. When your driver's door is in the middle of door 8, make a hard right u-turn. Start straightening out and turn your wheel left as you go toward the dumpsters. When your nose is about to the dumpsters, you should just be able to go hard right and reverse and drop it right in the door. (Exact positioning will probably vary by truck, but that will get you close. Alternatively, you can turn all the way around until you're heading back out the gate. Back up to where your trailer tires are in front of door 6 and out where the asphalt meets the concrete. From that position you should be able to do a normal blindside alley dock.

Park on street, if you can find a spot. Our appt was at 2pm and they came out and knocked on our door about 10:20am to tell us to dock at a certain door (area is tight for backing, but can be done). They will come out when they want seal broken and final back up. Unloading started about 10:45am, finished unload and got paperwork back around 12pm. They do have a bathroom in the office that drivers can use. Nice people to deal with.

Arrived later in the day so I was the only truck in the lot and they decided to give me the second to last door near the fence. It was a pretty frustrating experience getting my truck in the door. One of the tighter lots I've delivered to. I had just almost driven out my entire clock, did Donner Pass and dealt with Sacramento and Oakland traffic so I was a little worn out. Take that for what you will. Everyone was nice and they had me unloaded in about 3 hours. It was a 53 ft trailer FILLED with individual boxes and they did it all by hand with a mobile conveyer belt dragged into the trailer. There appears to be enough room to park in the street overnight. Parking looks limited during the day. A lot of cars and trucks park on the road during the day so arrive early for your appt at your own risk.

Been sitting here in front of their business since the night before. Have an appointment and I can't get in to get unloaded because they are taking the trucks that showed up late or didn't show up at all yesterday. If they are going to have a scheduled day and time for you then you should stick to it. Make the other drivers wait until there's an opening in the schedule. Not my fault they got here late. I did my job to get here on time. Maybe if they know they are behind they should stay open longer to unload the trucks. Especially if they only do live unloads.
