Let’s talk about how they called me 1 hour before scheduled time to move my apartment to let us know they had unforeseen circumstances and they will be unable to move me. When asked what happened they stated that a job from yesterday relayed over to the following day (not my problem) I also called the morning of our move just this morning, bright and early to give an alternative number to call and nobody said anything about the job not being able to get done! We paid a prorated amount at our new property for the rest of this month that we didn’t even have to because this moving company cancelled on us & we spent $500 for these men to move us just so we would have to wait 5-7 business days pushing our move back a whole week in the midst of also getting our toddler daughter ready for eye surgery! This company has no idea how much it’s inconvenienced my family and while the refund is nice, a “sorry” in a situation that was out of MY control is just not good enough. Basically, if you have time & money to waste then book with this company.

Paid for same day moving. Only needed to move one china cabinet from a one story house to another one story home. Easy uncomplicated job. Supposed to show up between 4-4:30. By 5pm, still no movers. I called the company, they assured me movers were close and would call me. 30 mins later, still no movers and no call so I called them again. I was told movers were 18 mins out and would call me. 30 mins later, still nothing. I called them again. This time was passed to a manager, he said he would tell the movers to call me and this time the movers finally did. Movers ended up showing up 2 hours late at 7:30pm and didn't call or update me about what was going on until the last incident with the manager. Forced to sit and waste time for 2 hours with no updates. The actual move was smooth and easy.
