I contacted their safety department about one of their drivers who drove through a 4-way stop sign without stopping at 10 mph or faster. The safety department got back to me right away and said they will talk about my dash cam video with the driver. This driver could have hurt a lot of people. I hope they do the right thing. Additional training, suspension or what ever it takes to make this driver better at his job.

Contacted Speedy by email listed on their website, was very interested in setting up an account and book shipments on a daily basis to get auto parts delivered to my truck & trailer repair shop, then a rep replied. carelessly told me to contact ext 504 (did not even specified the number) and did not ask for any info to set up an account. I figured out the phone # and called them. The customer service was rude, nervous and unprofessional. I said I will call them back. Hang up and mailed my so called sales rep, but he proved that he doesn't care. How a sales rep can't know the email address where a customer can get a quote request instead of dealing with rude people on the phone?

Was a great company before 2020, but the cheese has entirely slid off their cracker. Now, hands-down, the most unreliable delivery service in the state. I called their customer service team 3 years ago to express concerns and gave details. I can't tell if there's new management or they struggle hiring decent delivery staff, but specific service failures point to a lack of talent on the executive team. Simply awful!

Shipped a package from St. Cloud, MN to Baxter, MN. Took 4 days. My customer talked to the driver who finally dropped it off, and they offered no apology and really did not seem to care.
