I am deeply disappointed hearing about the racist incident of Kent Kwan. Their overtly racist behavior was shocking and completely unacceptable. Such attitudes have no place in any professional setting and reflect poorly on the company's values and reputation. I was appalled by the lack of action taken by the management to address this issue promptly.
