DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS YOU ABSOLUTELY NEED TO! THEY WILL PRICE GAUGE THE HECK OUT OF YOU AND YOUR BUSINESS. THEY CHARGED US $986 TO TRANSPORT A 20FT CONTAINER FROM PORT OF SEATTLE TO FIFE. -YES, THERE WAS A WAIT TIME OF 3.5 HOURS FOR THE TRUCKER TO PICK UP CONTAINER, WE UNDERSTAND THAT FEE. -THEY ADDED A FEE OF $250 BECAUSE THE DELIVERY SITE WAS A PUBLIC STORAGE FACILITY. THE FACILITY HAD VERY EASY TRUCK ACCESS AND THERE WERE ABSOLUTELY NO TRAFFIC DURING THE WHOLE DURATION ONCE THE TRUCKER ARRIVED TO THE TIME WE FINISHED THE LIVE UNLOAD. LIVE UNLOAD ONLY TOOK 35 MIN. TOTAL. -WE'VE BEEN IMPORTING UNDER OUR OTHER BUSINESS FOR OVER 15 YEARS, NEVER HAVE WE RUN INTO THIS TYPE OF PRICE GAUGING FROM A TRUCKING COMPANY. -FAKE FEES, FAKE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
