Failed to offer us insurance for storage although it was available. Failed to properly care for our belongings and misplaced and lost items which were stored with them. Failed to communicate with clients regarding ability to obtain claim form, then told no coverage. Charged us for the month of December rent when we move out at the beginning of the month. Out of pocket over $500 because of lost items, took no responsibility. Stay away!
