Jason and his team arrived on time and was very professional. Everyone worked so hard and took extra time and attention to protect all my things. These guys are amazing! I will definitely recommend and use them on future moves.

Franklin/Spring Hill Moving Company is absolutely the BEST of the best! My family and I have called on them several times over the past couple of years. The first time I spoke to Jason, I knew that this was the company I was going to hire for my move. I had originally gotten a quote from another moving company. It was outrageously priced and there was zero personality coming through the phone during the quoting/scheduling process. Then I called FSHMC and spoke to Jason. Their prices were very reasonable, and more importantly, he was so kind and professional. Even had the price quotes been the same, I would have chosen FSHMC...for a couple of reasons. One, I strongly believe in supporting local businesses. Two, he was so personable and professional. Three, the price comparison was just an added bonus. Dustin and Jonah showed up timely on the morning of the move. They were just as friendly and professional as I had experienced when I called to schedule. During both the load and the unload, they used a home protection kit, wrapped my furniture so it wouldn’t get damaged during the move, and went above and beyond to ensure my things were packed, transported, and delivered safely and timely. When I needed to move again a year later, of course I called on Franklin/Spring Hill Moving Co. for the second time. This move was just as seamless as the first. Moving can be very stressful! But it helps to have professional movers, who know what they’re doing, and truly care about their customers. When my son was moving, he also called on Jason to schedule his move and it was nothing short of yet another great experience with Franklin/Spring Hill Moving Company! They’ve definitely earned this family’s business for any future moves and I would HIGHLY recommend them!

Positives: they moved our furniture from town to town (about 25 miles) on the scheduled date with minimal damage. The employees were professional and friendly. Negatives: They showed up late, with a medium sized u-haul truck. The truck has a low deck in the back and they were unable to back it up the sloped driveway at our new house. This severely slowed the moving process. Also, the first 2 guys were strong and efficient. After the first load, without notice, the main guy Jason, disappeared and a different guy appeared in his place. This guy could not work at nearly the pace and was not as strong as Jason. This severely slowed the process. Since you pay by the hour, it ended up costing us more than I believe it would have without the mover switch. Also, a couple times during the drive from house to house, the moving truck took significantly longer than it should have. When I brought all this to Jason's attention the next day, to give him a a chance to make it right, he said he would check with his guys and get back to me. Instead, he went to my bank to cash my check. I know this, because my bank called me while he was there. He never got back to me. I followed up with the following week to give him one more chance. His response was that he had gotten a new phone. He did offer a refund for 1/2 hour labor. Moral of the story, get it in writing at the beginning of the day which guys will be working and negotiate a new rate if that changes. I wouldn't use these guys again. It wasn't completely horrible, but I felt like I got duped when they switched workers without telling me.

BEWARE! Had the WORST experience with Jason and his moving company. Scheduled 3 movers for 830am. I get a call at 9am that day that they are running a little late and will be there by 930am. At 1045am only 2 workers show up. I ask them where the 3rd person is and they say there are only 2 workers scheduled. I called Jason to ask why I don't have 3 movers. His response: "We are charging you at the 2 person rate, not for 3 movers." At this point I realize I'm not talking to someone with much of a brain. I explained to him that I had my nanny at my house at 8am to watch my 4 children and waited around 2 hours and 45 minutes for his crew to arrive. And that I was paying for 3 movers to get it done quicker so I didn't have to pay for my nanny as long. It was a struggle for him to comprehend that. I then asked Jason why he didn't inform me when he called me at 9am that I was only going to have 2 movers instead of 3. And I also informed him they showed up way later than they were supposed to. After the move I noticed they broke the wood that connects my dresser to the mirror on top and placed it behind my dresser. I took a picture, sent it to Jason and he said he would order a replacement for me. That was 3 months ago. I sent him a text message and told him not to bother, I had made my own from extra wood I had laying around and that I would be leaving a review about my absolutely horrible experience. To top it all off, I had taken my wedding ring off and put it in my jewelry box because I had a C-section less than a week prior. After the move it was gone. Police report filed.

I have never written a review for a movings company, but feel compelled to do so because this company has amazed me with their sercice. I have been in the self storage industry for over 20 years & never before have I experienced a better moving company than Franklin/Spring Hill Moving Company & it is entirely due to Dustin & Jonah. I watched them move a customer in while it was 90+ degree temperature outside & they kept a smile on their faces (literally smiling). In the past, I have watched movers spend so much of a customers charged time on breaks & restroom visits, but NOT these two! I will definitely be recommending Franklin Spring Hill Moving Company to anyone who may need a mover!
