Most friendly and helpful storage people. Pricing very competitive and fair. The manager and Storage Pro went out of their way to accommodate with my moving schedule and seeing that I was able to get the storage best for my belongings. Highly recommend them for anyone's storage needs. I'm a very happy customer!

Great storage place. Helpful staff, friendly. Spring Hill has better rates than the competitors. Renting storage is pricy anywhere but they keep up on the property and always have someone on site. over all great storage company

Completely wonderful experience. Arrived at the wrong storage utility with a full truck. They beat the other offer and gave us a month free. We ended up with a larger unit than the other place at a price under the other places estimate. Thank you!

Dave is great and we've been doing business with him for almost 10 years .. Time Flys!! The reason for the 3 stars is strictly because of the rates at Springhill keep going up for really no reason at all.. We've had numerous rate increases well above what other companies charge for the same unit 10x25. I only stay there bc it's convenient and we can park our trucks on the lot ( with a fee ) as well. Dave is the only other reason we stay. Still 5 stars bc of Dave !

I’ve only ever used one other storage unit and it wasn’t Storage Pro, so I don’t have much to compare my experience at Springhill to. My review is not paid; this is my honest opinion. I’ve had an excellent experience with the Springhill facility. First off, the manager, Dave, lives onsite and regularly walks the grounds. I feel that my belongings are more secure because of this. Dave (and the other staff) are always friendly, cheerful, & helpful. I love that: it’s gated and requires a security code to enter the grounds; they have a pest control company that sprays monthly. Dave personally killed a black widow I ran into in my unit over the summer; insurance is included in the monthly price. I forget how much it covers, but it’s more than all of my belongings are worth; and the units are temperature controlled. It really is a premium storage facility. That’s why it costs more than others. The reason I deducted a star is that Storage Pro raises their rates every 6 months. So a 10x10 unit that cost me $89 in 2020 now costs me roughly $190 a month. Because it’s a month to month rental, they’re legally allowed to do so. Even with all the benefits of renting there, I find the frequent increases alarming every time it happens. That being said, I’ll be staying with the Springhill Storage Pro until I move into my own house again.
