Great place to store your trailers, RV’s and more. I’ve been storing my two trailer here for years and never had any problems and the upgrades with the gates are just amazing allowing you the flexibility to go in and out freely 24/7. I do recommend this storage compared to other storage’s nearby which you would have to wait till the next business day to go in office when you can call and do everything over the phone and not have to wait the next business day I understand how that feels

I am a retired disabled police detective from Charlotte NC. Almost 3 yrs ago my girlfriend and I took our travel trailer to Stewart FL for a 6 month stay. After 4 months our dear little chihuahua became very ill the emergency vet in Stewart Florida stabilized her but advised we should get her back to her regular vet in Charlotte NC. I knew it would Be a while before we could get back and it was hurricane season so I decided to put the trailer in Sebring FL to protect it from the winds. After calling 5 or 6 storage places I quickly realized that Spring Lake storage Co was my best choice for the location and price. Their price was the best out of 6 locations. Due to health problems we have not been able to get back to Florida for 3 yrs. When hurricane Ian hit Fort Myers on the gulf coast and crossed over Florida it passed right over Sebring. I was scared my trailer was destroyed. I called and spoke with the owner of Spring Lake, Noah Jacobson who kindly advised me he was going out to check all of the items at the storage facility and would call me back with a report. He called back and thank God everything was fine because the hurricane winds were so dimished by the distance inland from the gulf. I have periodically checked in with him & he has been very professional in handling my inquiries. The prices were by far the best in the area and the security I observed when I was there looked first rate. Thanks, Jeff Cochrane.

Have heard nothing but bad things about the owner of this place ..overbilling customers ..damaging stored vehicles and not covering costs..tried calling to check on storage prices and was never called back..after tge third attempt in a week.. I drove over and met 2 customers there who said I shouldn't rent here due to issues described above.

I rented a unit for a little over a year, and I never worried about anyone breaking into my unit. The level of security and the excellent customer service provided by Noah is why I give Spring Lake Storage a 5 star rating.

Been renting a storage unit for almost 3 years and if you want a place that you don't have to worry about your stuff getting broken into, this is the place to go for great customer service and clean units and overall great place to store your stuff. Going to miss the great customer service. Honestly should of written this years ago but seriously this is a 10 star not a 5 star, in my opinion. You won't be disappointed.
