After speaking with 2 of the company representatives, i really think that this is one of those "shut up and don't talk back or stand up for yourself or we'll terminate you" type of places. One of those companies who's management feels its a privilege to work or lease on with them. Granted i made a small mistake on the application. The demeaningful way they spoke to me and the fact that the recruiter tried to reprimand me over a 26 year old class c misdemeanor i had on my background made me glad my application was rejected. After speaking with those 2 individuals and dealing with their rude demeanors, it made my decision to go with Quantix much easier. Glad I dodged that bullet. I believe in equal levels of respect. I can tell that this is one of those companies where management believe they are superior and can speak to you in any manner.
