Beware! Movers damaged our property, personal items. They took double the time to provide service. It's been a month today with no claim information on their end. Nothing. We had to pay for damages ourselves upfront. The company has yet to do anything about our claim that was submitted in writing with photos. They just keep saying we have 4 months to deal with it. Extremely unprofessional and bad service.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! *Everything* was broken. We have reached out multiple times over 2 months to get support and compensation with no response. We paid over $5000 for two days of packing our home and then loading a container. They sent 4 guys -- NONE of whom had professional training in packing. After unpacking, we discovered that almost all our furniture and belongings are damaged due to careless packing and handling. It's not just minor scratches – we're talking about serious damage: -- Antique table ruined with a 1/2" gouge in the top because it wasn't EVEN WRAPPED before they put it in the truck. -- The glass top of another table was shattered because they loaded boxes on top of the glass, which of course broke. Those boxes then fell through and broke the table frame. -- They pile HEAVY boxes of records on top of small coffee table,, so the legs gave in and it's permanently damaged. -- They didn't wrap an antique china tea pot and it broke in multiple pieces -- They threw artwork into boxes (which we paid for) without any padding or protection between the frames, so they rubbed against each other and *every single frame* is ruined. The list goes on and on and on and on. In many cases, our stuff was just tossed into boxes (and the truck) without any thought. Valuables and fragile items were haphazardly thrown into boxes without proper cushioning or care, leading to avoidable damage. Like a crowbar placed on top of loose lightbulbs. Every box was fresh tears as we unpacked. Literally almost everything we own was ruined or broken. It's not like we went cheap -- we paid over $5k AND bought these guys lunch, and even gave them some of our stuff they expressed interest in as we moved. THE OWNER IS IRRESPONSIBLE, DOESN'T RESPOND TO CALLS OR EMAILS, AND PROVIDES *NO* TRAINING TO HIS TEAM. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This moving company is fantastic. From the office staff who answer phone calls, explain how everything works and deal with schedule (my) delays, to the amazing crew, to the foreman who is there just to check and make sure you’re happy with the service. First, I had to move out of my existing home, but not into my new home until the following day. They safely stored all my belongings in their warehouse overnight at no cost to me. Secondly the crews were friendly, professional, very conscientious about keeping the house free of damage, and the extreme care of making sure all my belongings were safe, undamaged, and all furniture and boxes deposited exactly where I wanted them. All furniture was placed and put back together perfectly. I did not receive any damage on a single item. To top it off, the 4 man crew emptied my house in just under 2 hours, then took the same time to deposit all my belongings into the new house. If you need a good mover, this is definitely the company you want.
