This has to be the worst moving company in PR. I hired them to move out from my apartment in San Juan, I stated I had very fragile and important china and table lamps that needed to be packed carefully. Where I got the boxes back, 80% in the plates and bowls were broken. I couldn't use the insurance I bought because by the time I opened the boxes the claiming time was due. I am posting just one photo so you are aware of the state the boxes when delivered. Truly disappointing. Don't hire them if you want your belongings to arrive safely.

If you are moving either from the mainland to Puerto Rico, or from Puerto Rico to the mainland, this is the company you want to consider. The staff is extremely professional, friendly and helpful, all issues are addressed promptly and resolved quickly. I highly recommend this company for your moving needs.

I chose this company for my move from P.R. to Orlando because of the information I had read online and I thought it was very good and excellent. But unfortunately I was wrong even though at the beginning they were very kind but in the end it was a nightmare since I didn't receive some boxes with personal things that never arrived. Those who packed it were excellent, the one who delivered it to me was also excellent, but those at the office after they took the money for the shipment there was a nightmare since they did not give me the copies of the completed documents. They always told me they sent it to me by email and they never sent the ones that were full. The things that went missing were never found and they told me that they had handed them over to me when it was never really the case since if that were the case I would never have bothered them nor would I be writing this since it is my first time doing this and it is because I am upset well dissatisfied with them. Of what was lost, they only tell me that they pay me a pittance and what was lost is around $380.00 and they only want to pay more than $50.00, this is abuse. After I chose them I told them that some things were for delivery to the apartment and the other was for storage and that information was never sent in the docs. from here and almost if I didn't fight it they would have also made me pay for that service that had already been paid for from the beginning. I do not recommend them to anyone else, it is a terrible office service, documentation and information for clients. Only the guys who provided the packaging service were very good and helpful, but the others in the office I won't even tell you more because I have a lot of anger for them. its bad service. I give you a terrible recommendation and if you want to risk it, that's up to you. Thanks for nothing.
