I was greeted this more by Jose early prior to them opening at 8am. He didn’t hesitate to assist me and take my car for my service. Then when I went to pick it up I was greeted by Richard. Amazing service and customer care is top notch. They went above and beyond to help me with a gap on my bumper. Not only did they fix it but waived the cost. That not only was a surprise but what they don’t realized I have been dealing with 2 days of doctors and blood work so this has put a smile on my face. I will continue to go to them and recommend them to everyone!

I took three of my cars to this shop for repair. The process was extremely frustrating and overwhelming. The owner Richard made what was a difficult process smooth and easy. At saint cloud towing and collision they effectively communicated with me along with other parties involved. They showed a high level of care and respect. They went above and beyond to help us. They made us comfortable during each Interaction and went above and beyond to service us.

Very unprofessional, I just got cut off by one of there drivers on 95 south almost hitting me and another vehicle. When I pulled around the driver, he was laughing and giving me the finger and making gestures with his hands to suck his Dic*. Then he starts telling me to pull over to fight. All this while hauling two vehicles and driving on 95, could have really caused bad accident. I would not recommend this place for anything seems ghetto and very unprofessional.
