They are awesome !!!! My kids driver is the best !! She’s very nice, always on time, even made sure they were properly retrained in their car seats !!!! Thanks for stepping up and being there for our babies !!!! SLPS please keep this contract! With such a late notice and everything they are doing everything possible to ensure OUR babies are at school on time and even brought back home in one peice despite everything going on in STL! KEEP BEING GREAT !!!! I love my driver

Communication is terrible! They have not picked up my kid to or from school for the first 2 days of school. They never answer the phone. I spoke to the supervisor, in person and was given no answer to whether she would have a ride moving forward. He said he would let me know by 5:30 and gave me his cell. He is now no longer responding to calls or text.

They were scheduled to take my kids to school through SLPS, but they never showed up. When I tried to call their line, it said it was not accepting calls. After reading other reviews, I’m not surprised. SLPS clearly did not do their due diligence when selecting vendors to transport my small children to school.

I called through the relay service announcing that I use sign language and using the relay services and the man on the phone asked when I needed taxi and asked what time (3am) for two days later and said they were full. The operator said he was very rude. I don’t think it was a honest answer. 3am is not a busy time.

If there were zero stars, I'd give a zero. I called a cab at 10:30 p.m. I was told they were working on my request if I hadn't heard from them in 20 minutes call back. This charade went on for another 30 minutes. The cab never showed up. I walked to the bus stop at twelve midnight. There were 7 minutes left on my phone. I had to think quickly. The bus came 10 minutes after I made it there. Another time, I called because I had an appointment. I watched the cab pass my house when dispatch said I didn't show up. Needless to say, I had to reschedule the appointment. Lyft n Uber is my way of transportation now more reliable.
