Avoid them! Their customer service needs to be worked on. It is as though they are being bothered to be to work. If you do not want to be there, just stay at home. When it comes to assisting their guests it is as though you are on your own. I guess you have to be a friend of theirs in order to get the proper assistance or your color has to be bright and not dull. I am disappointed in this company. I used to highly recommend this company to others, but I cannot anymore because it will be a fabricated story. It was good while it lasted.

Very professional. I was assisted by Norris on the warehouse dock and he was very efficient. He assisted me in loading my material on to the truck. I was very impressed. You always hear bad things about customer service in the Virgin Islands but today that was not the case. 👍🏾

We have used STT Cargo numerous times since our recent move to St Thomas. Nothing but professional service. Follow the instructions they give you and your goods arrive. Its worth noting there are deadlines in this business, if your stuff doesn't show up in time the boat isn't going to wait, but it will arrive on the next one. The warehouse staff has always been helpful with assistance in loading packages into the car as well. Their business is getting your stuff to you, and they do it very well. We will continue to do business with them.
