From the initial contact with the company to the final handshake after the move was completed, I cannot recommend this company enough. The professionalism and efficiency from the owners (Karine & Robin) and team was amazing and appreciated by us. The crew of gentlemen who moved us worked as a team, communicated with us and made the process of packing up your house in a truck under three hours seem ok because the same efficiency was demonstrated when unloading. This part of our move was without a doubt the least stressful and was absolutely seamless.

An excellent customer service experience throughout. I had previously been communicating with another Niagara/St Catharines area moving company, and they simply ghosted me after sending the quote despite my calling them back 3 times to follow up to book (if my business isn't worth your time, just tell me and don't waste mine!). Terrie and Robin at Stacey's (who I wish I would have called first) were quick to reply through all discussions and e-mails. The movers who showed up exactly on time were professional and respectful, and the company went above and beyond in helping me resolve a problem caused by the non-profit recipient of the move (the opposite end of professional in this scenario) - true customer service. Stacey's pricing was also far more competitive. I highly recommend them as first call for any of your moving needs for their professionalism, pricing and service.

We moved on the hottest day of the year so far (high of 31, feels like 43) but even under those conditions the team from Stacey's was absolutely phenomenal. The job was completed in one trip, 8.5 hours even though they took extra breaks because of the heat. When a couch we had intended to put downstairs couldn't fit around the turn at the top of the stairs (and they tried all the could to get it down), they were incredibly patient with us while we had to change our plan for the living room to accommodate the additional couch. I cannot recommend Stacye's Moving & Storage enough. If you are moving, you need to hire them. It will make your moving day go so much smoother than trying to do it yourself. Guaranteed.

Thank you for your timely response to my request for a quote on the cost of my move. Karine was personable, friendly and made the experience simple and straight forward. Personnel in the office to whom I spoke over the phone were always helpful and informative during arrangements for my move. The quote was very reasonable and came with a complete description of all the services included. I am looking forward to the actual move and know the quality of service will meet the standard set by those to whom I have spoken thus far. Thank you. The "movers" who came did a great job and responded to "special" requests readily and willingly. The move was made easy for me and the care the movers showed was appreciated. When my son and daughter-in-law had a heavy sofa they provided for my use, the movers moved it from the main floor of the house down to the lower level where I would be living and did so willingly and carefully. I couldn't have hoped for a better move. Thanks to all who made my experience a good one.

Just used Stacy’s for a local household move. Given that moving is not a pleasant experience to begin with, Stacy’s took a lot of stress out of an otherwise nasty job. From the estimate, to the loading, to the delivery, everything went as planned and discussed. The crew was on time, friendly and very helpful.
