Have to give a negative review: had our shipment in the Chicago terminal for 14 days and could not deliver it. Were given multiple promises, all broken. Finally arrived today in good shape, but inexcusably late. Cost us lost business.

Must be family writing these reviews, Standard Forwarding is not reliable, they missed our pickup that we called in at 10am. we know to call that early due to the repeat of bad service, we called again this morning about the missed pick up. No apologies, just tell you that you are on the board, can't tell me if today will our lucky day for their pickup. Customer Service, please hope you don't get Cindy :( (she is really friendly and helpful) NOT! Get it together Standard Forwarding.

Terrible place to work , rude new president, rude payroll lady , they will make you feel unappreciated even if you give 100% to the company. They send all the old beat-up equipment to the terminal that moves the MOST freight of all terminals. ( I don't see the logic behind that). Diversity is also noticeable and needed in the main office!. All the programs they got going on to get better are useless unless they get the right leadership. No opportunities to grow within the company. I don't see my self working here anymore in the near future . Higher management is a joke for sure
