They are extremely unprofessional and lacks customer service skills. The place is very untidy and looks like will be shipping a few critters with your stuff (no proff of that though, just the appearance). The try to force you to ship when they are ready jot when you are. Won't ever use them or will ever encourage anyone to ship with them.

Standard shipping company should be shut down. They are worse at everything a company could be bad at..I shipped 2 boxes with them and only one made it to its destination. I have called multiple times after I found out all packages did not make it to its destination and keep getting the run around. The staff and yuri the manager is very rude, twill be going to small court . I'm done with hey speak to you as though they are shipping your things for free. All the staff have their own price. I would most definitely tell everyone to run away from this company with their package to somewhere they would appreciate you and your business. They people who is claiming they had a great experience there are their friends or family, trust me.

This was my first time using Standard Shippers and I had a great experience. They were very nice on the phone. They pick up my barrel on time as promise on November 3, 2015 to ship to St Vincent and by November 24, my family got a call to picked up barrel. I would definitely use them in the future and would recommended anyone to use Standard Shippers.

Very disappointed with the service. I donated several pallets of water to an Island that I've never visited. Spoke with Mr Godfrey on the phone, he gave me a price of $200 per pallet. When I arrived he changed the price to $350. Felt very cheated.
