Ramiro was very kind and compassionate and was very thorough. My couch looks brand new again! My couch had been in my garage after my house fire two years ago and after he cleaned it, Ramiro went above and beyond and helped me carry my couch back into my house! Romero did a fantastic job cleaning the carpets especially the areas where there were signs of walking like a pathway in the carpet, well it's gone. I didn't think the couch needed cleaning, Romero only suggested it, now it sparkles no more dust. I'm a very happy customer. Thank you Romero.
