I had hector, and he did amazing work! He changed my silver bumper to black in a timely fashion, and always responded quickly! He even stayed after work hours just so i can pick it up! The pricing is amazing, and i would definitely come again for my car troubles!

Of course I'm dissatisfied! They have had my car for more than ten days due to a dent in the rear bumper, they never give a report if you don't call them, and at this point the fault lies with whoever sells them the parts they need to replace. I understand that there are changes to an initial estimate, but more than ten days after realizing that you don't have what you need to deliver a car that you said you were going to repair in three days, it sounds like you are dishonest and you don't even know how to do your job.
