I took a home mortgage from Star One in the middle of 2023, when the interest rates were at their highest in 23 years. They gave me the best interest rate I could find. On top of that, what set the whole experience apart was the loan processor that was assigned to me - Mital Dadlani. She was thorough, making it easy to navigate potential pitfalls. From providing all the rigorous documentation for the Conditional Approval Letter to obtaining the HOA docs to having the down-payment ready in advance, she guided me proactively. She was very patient as well as she would always answer my pestering phone calls for things such as how to fill out a particular form. I am sure that without her, my application would have faced delays. I absolutely and highly recommend Mital and Star One for a transparent and most cost-saving home mortgage process.

We participated in the shredding event yesterday and we're very grateful! We arrived @ 945 and the line went around 2 corners! There were at least 40-50 cars ahead of us! However, once it started @ 10, the line went fast. Once we entered the parking lot, which took 30 mins. There are two lines, shredding and electronics. You don't need to exit your car, the staff will gather your boxes and dump your documents into a large bin and shred it on the spot. Overall, it went smoothly. They're very efficient. My only suggestion is to have someone @ the light intersection to direct traffic. We witnessed 2 drivers , who felt entitled try to cut in line!
