This business lacks any ethics. Sent me a bill showing towing and storage unpaid even though the insurance company paid it. That’s called fraud! When I called to voice my displeasure they proceeded to blame their lien company they contract with. Yup, always blame someone else for your garbage. Also, office worker “sorry I was multi tasking “ making it well known she was getting jollies making someone wait unnecessarily; doing that to someone she never met before. Nice person - not.

I was stuck on the highway over 4 hours because my truck completely died while driving south to LA. I called AAA 4  times and each time got cancelled. I was with my elderly mother, 2 sisters and my 2 kids. I could not believe that for the premium i pay AAA they couldn't help me. My sister was searching online for private tow truck and ran across All star heavy haul and they said they could be there in 40 min. AAA always told me over an hour and a half. I received a call from the driver named Armando. He was a god sent. AAA couldn't even give me an ETA. Armando called me and told me he will be there soon. From when he pulled up to me and dropped my truck back home I felt like all the stress i had he took away. He helped me so much and he could tell the look in my face I wasn't having a good day and he help me relax. He was and amazing driver and give him and his company 5 stars for the amazing service.  Thank you Armando.
