We used Starfleet to move out of our home and into our new home. They packed our stuff into PODS like a Tetris game. Didn’t think the stuff would all fit, but they made it happen! They also took fantastic care of our belongings……nothing broken or ruined between the moves. If you are looking for a reliable and phenomenal moving team, I highly recommend Chuck, Jesse and Justin of Starfleet. You won’t be disappointed!

What was supposed to be a 6 month storage for our piano ended up being about 2.5 years. From the start, Chuck was such an incredible help and resource. His moving services were very reasonably priced and he was quick to respond and to schedule, getting us in at the last minute. When we couldn’t move into our final destination as planned and timelines kept moving, Chuck was so understanding and helpful. He would check in periodically but never with any pressure and it was usually me reaching out asking how much more I needed to pay for all the additional storage time. Eventually we decided we couldn’t keep the piano and Chuck offered to help find a buyer. We were out of state at this point and I don’t think I could have ever gotten it sold without his help. Chuck even took the piano out of storage and set it up at his house so potential buyers could see it and eventually is the one who found a buyer. He facilitated the whole transaction including getting it to its new home. I am so grateful for all his help on what could have easily been a very painful process!
