Called 5 hours before to scheduled pickup. Waited 15 minutes after the scheduled time before calling, was told it was going to be another 20 minutes before driver could make it there because they decided to pick up a last minute Cambridge run. High cost, for poor service. Again, called 5 hours prior to pick up time, no call at 10 minutes late. I had to call 4 times before reaching the driver just to find out he was in Cambridge and I would have to wait another 20 minutes. No thanks!!! Do better

Excellent service! Manny was waiting out front at exactly the time we requested. The van was warm and clean. We had a great trip to the airport. He is picking us up when we return in 2 weeks. Don't hesitate to use his service, you won't be disappointed.
