I recently used Two Men and a Truck for my move, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The customer service team was friendly and helpful when I called for a quote, and the movers were punctual, professional, and incredibly efficient on the day of the move. They handled all my belongings with care, ensuring everything was securely packed and transported without any damage. Two Men and a Truck is a very professional company to do business with. I had a great experience with them. Cassandra set up the date for Seth and John to move my furniture. She stayed in touch up to the date of the move and followed through with everything. I can't say enough about Seth and John! These guys were awesome! They wrap and respected my furniture and things. I’ll start with the good. The crew was terrific. They prepared and packed my stuff well. They worked efficiently, and hard. My stuff was moved and I’m thankful for them. On top of that, they were way overbooked. They were two hours behind when they started. And four hours behind when the finished. That’s an office scheduling issue/ not the crew. I tipped them all well. Here is my gripe and a warning to anyone considering this company. I called and got quote from several companies. Two men was considerably less. So I gave them the business. I was quoted a range of 1-4 hours. And verbally I was told over the phone to expect it to take 3. In the end I was charged for 4.25 hours which was around $220 more than I was verbally quoted on the phone. I called corporate who confirmed to me I had a valid concern. I received a call from the local rep who disagreed and kept the charge as is. This is a classic bait and switch. Low ball the quote to get your business and then charge more in the end. My recommendation is this: whatever the top end of their estimate is, plan/budget on than plus some. And plan on them running behind schedule.

We had a wonderful experience in Pensacola, Fl with Two Men and a Truck. When I called to set up the appointment they were very friendly and helpful. Justin Holt, Zachary Cross, and Victor Randall came to move our personal belongings out of our storage container and into our house. They were very friendly, polite, respectful of our stuff and very efficient! They emptied a 16 foot storage container in 45 minutes!! We will definitely hire them again!!
